RIGHTS

Jaguar recognizes our fundamental role in upholding and respecting human rights. We support internationally recognized human rights standards and endeavor to remove any opportunities for infringement.

To this effect, our approach is to engage with communities meaningfully, to renew our social license to operate constantly so our activities do not cause or contribute adversely to adverse human rights.

Jaguar fundamentally forbids discrimination, forced and child labor, and human trafficking while vowing to protect all freedoms and liberties encompassed in national and international legislations, including those concerned with social consultation procedures and adequate access to relevant information.
